EXECUTIVE COACHING THAT MOVES YOU FORWARD

Executive coaching is a powerful way to grow as a leader. Through confidential, one-on-one sessions, I help you build critical skills, increase your effectiveness, and navigate challenges with confidence. I act as your sounding board and guide, helping you focus on what matters most so you can make meaningful progress.

I work with individuals who want to increase their personal and professional impact, and with organizations seeking coaching support for one of their leaders. Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned executive, I’ll help you quickly identify what to start doing, stop doing, or do even better to reach your goals.

Coaching and the learning curve

Changing behavior isn’t easy and it’s rarely a straight path. It takes self-awareness, honest feedback, and the courage to ask how others experience you. You need a clear sense of what to change, how to do it, and the belief that it’s possible. Motivation and grit help you push through the tough parts. In the end, you’ll have done what once felt impossible.

You can’t skip the work, but coaching helps you move faster, with clarity, focus, and support every step of the way.

The Coaching Process

Month 1: Discovery and strategic planning

  • Assess current state: Where are you now? Discuss self-awareness strategies, formal or informal assessments*, who and how to request feedback from others

  • Determine future state: What are your goals, where do you want to be? What is the outcome? Whose input and alignment do we need to ensure success?

  • Co-create an action plan to achieve your goals. What do you need to start doing, stop doing, or do even better to reach your desired outcome?  How will you demonstrate the behaviors in a way that is observable to key stakeholders? What are your motivations, reward structures and feedback loops?

  • For clients with an organizational sponsor, alignment meetings are scheduled

Months 2 – 5: Implementation

  • You try out your new strategies, attend the classes, read the books, experiment with the new behaviors, see what works and what doesn’t

  • Each month, we discuss what you are learning: reflect and adjust in order to make meaningful  progress toward your goals.
  • For clients with an organizational sponsor, a mid-point check in meeting is scheduled at the 3-month mark
